Abstract
Iron is necessary for the formation of Hb in RBC, myoglobin in muscle where it plays a major role in O2 utilization;the symptoms of iron deficiency are partly due to the reduced delivery O2 to the tissues as a result of decrease in concentration and total Hb. The present study was conducted in 30female adult subjects to explore relation between physical fitness using treadmill in relation to Haemoglobin level and the results revealed that positive significant correlation was observed between load test, AT,TEE, BMR,and pulse pressure. Negativecorrelation was found in TBW, and Negative Significant Regression was found in between systolic, diastolic B.P, and recovery time at 15,20,25mt.
