The International Journal of Advanced Research (IJAR) is committed to maintaining a transparent, fair, and sustainable publication model. The publication charges support essential editorial services, including peer review, copyediting, DOI registration, plagiarism screening, open-access publication, digital preservation, and long-term archiving.

IJAR is pleased to announce NEXORA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS FZE LLC (UAE) as our official international partner. This collaboration strengthens our global publishing network and enhances our ability to provide efficient support and services to researchers worldwide.

1. Article Processing Charges (APC)

The Article Processing Charge (APC) supports the complete publication process, including initial editorial assessment, coordination of independent peer review, plagiarism screening, professional copyediting and language editing, formatting and typesetting, quality assurance, DOI registration, metadata submission to indexing and abstracting services, online open-access publication, website maintenance, and secure long-term digital archiving to ensure the accessibility and preservation of published research.

The APC is payable only after a manuscript has successfully completed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication. No fee is charged for manuscript submission or the peer-review process.

•⁠ ⁠USD 150 per article
•⁠ AED 550 per article (for authors paying within the GCC)

These charges ensure that all published articles remain freely accessible to readers worldwide.

2. Institutional Subscription for Printed Copies
Institutions wishing to receive printed copies of IJAR may subscribe for USD 400 per year. Subscribers will receive a printed copy of each issue via Speed Post on the 15th of every month.. For more details, click here

3. Waivers & Discounts

To encourage academic collaboration and support researchers, IJAR offers the following concessions:

•⁠ ⁠Reviewer Discount: Registered IJAR reviewers holding a valid Reviewer ID are eligible for discounted publication charges.
•⁠ ⁠Referral Program: Authors who successfully refer new contributors to IJAR may receive a discount on their subsequent submission.
•⁠ ⁠Conference & Institutional Collaborations: Special publication discounts are available for authors affiliated with partner conferences, academic institutions, and approved research organizations.

All requests for waivers and discounts are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The Editorial Office reserves the right to approve or decline any request.

4. Optional Services

IJAR also provides the following optional services:

•⁠ ⁠Fast-Track Review and Publication: Available upon request for authors requiring expedited processing. Additional charges apply.
•⁠ ⁠Printed Reprints: Authors may order printed copies of their published articles. Printing and shipping charges will depend on the quantity and destination.
