Abstract

The present paper provides combination for subspecies of Vachellia in Gujarat. Vachellia nilotica (L.) P.J.H.Hurter&Mabb. Mabberley'ssubspp. adstringens (Schum. &Thonn.) RupeshMaurya, comb. nov., Vachellia nilotica (L.) P.J.H.Hurter&Mabb. subsp. cupressiformis (J. L. Stewart) RupeshMaurya, comb. nov., Vchellia nilotica (L.) P.J.H.Hurter&Mabb.subsp. indica (Benth.) RupeshMaurya, comb. nov.andVachellia nilotica (L.) P.J.H.Hurter&Mabb. subsp. subalata (Vatke) RupeshMaurya, comb. nov.are proposed new combination.
