ANALYSE DES INTERACTIONS D’UN FORUM DE DISCUSSION ETUDE DE CAS D’UNE FORMATION D’ENSEIGNANTS.

The paper is about a case study concerning the activity of the forum of an on-line course,intended for university teachers of the Maghreb area. This training is exclusively a distant learning and this forum is neither mandatory nor evaluated. This activity is more a collaborative work than a debate and sharing expertise and exchange of educational real-life experience between the learners. The analysis of the activity of the learners within the forum aims to reveal the relevance of this tool in the success of this course. In this analysis approach, the focus is made on the amount detail of the interactions and the cognitive quality of the contributions depending on the field and the specialty of the learners. Approximately 70 % of the active learners achieved successfully the evaluations, and the contributions statistics show an easiness of expression for the learners with strong French abilities which allow to express easily their opinions and their points of view, followed by the doctors whose contributions show a biggest motivation among the participants.
