Pyrazolo[3,4:3',2']pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin, thioxoimidazolidine and 3-chloro pyrazole derivatives were reported to act as potent antimicrobial activity. A series of novel derivatives of 4-substituted-pyrazole, pyrrolo[3,2-c]pyrazole, acetamide, pyrrole, ethoxy, thiourea, urea and pyrazolo[4,3-d]imidazole, bearing antipyrine were synthesized. The structures of these compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and mass spectral data. All the new synthesized compounds were tested against antimicrobial activities by the disc diffusion method, which exhibited higher promising biological activities.
