Abstract

Le syndrome de Morel-Lavallee (MLL) est entite rare, se produit quand il y a une collection d'hemolymphe due a la separation du tissu sous-cutane du fascia sous-jacent apr?s un traumatisme. Nous rapportons un cas ou limagerie en particulier lechographie a permis de poser le diagnostique et dorienter la prise en charge adequate pour eviter la necrose cutanee.
