FIBROMATOSE DESMOIDE DU SEIN : A PROPOS DUN CAS ET UNE REVUE DE LA LITTERATURE

La fibromatose mammaire est une entite benigne rare dont la presentation clinique et radiologique en impose pour un carcinome mammaire. Le diagnostic est generalement porte lors de lexamen anatomopathologique. Elle se caracterise par une infiltration strictement locale et un grand pouvoir recidivant. Le traitement repose sur une exerese chirurgicale complete. La place de la radiotherapie et des traitements medicaux, en particulier des anti-?strogenes, nest pas clairement definie. Une colonoscopie doit ?tre realisee afin deliminer lassociation rare mais possible avec une polypose colique dans le cadre dun syndrome de Gardner. A travers notre cas et une revue de la litterature, nous essayerons de mettre le point sur le diagnostic de cette entite rare et de sa prise en charge puisquelle va conditionner le pronostic.
