Introduction: Les dermatofibrosarcomes de Darrier et Ferrand sont des tumeurs rares , de malignite intermediaire rarement metastatique et dont lextension tumorale est souvent sous-estimee. Materiel et Methodes: une etude analytique de 30 patients qui ont ete pris en charge dans notre formation pendant une duree de six ans et dune revue de la litterature. Resultats: patients jeunes, predominance masculine, Tous nos patients ont beneficie dune exerese chirurgicale large, avec des marges de securite classiques : 5 cm chez la majorite des patients. Discussion: Nous mettons le point sur laspect epidemiologique de la maladie et les differentes modalites de prise en charge chirurgicale. Objectif du travail: linteret essentiel du geste initial une exerese complete et precoce, une couverture simple par une greffe cutanee permettent un suivi regulier des patients en post-operatoire.
