Tuberculous myocarditis is a very unusual manifestation of tuberculosis.Our case serves to highlight a potentially life threating and rare presentation of tuberculosis.We discuss here the epidemiology,clinical presentation , the diagnostic approach and the management of the myocardial tuberculosis.
