Primary papillary serous carcinoma of the uterine cervix is an extremely rare anatomopathological entity. Its diagnosis is one of exclusion, requiring the elimination of an ovarian or endometrial primary. Known for having a poor prognosis, no consensus was reached regarding a specific therapeutic approach for this histological type, both in localized and advanced stages. We report a case of locally advanced papillary serous carcinoma of the uterine cervix treated with exclusive cisplatin-based radiochemotherapy followed by brachytherapy, with a good post-therapeutic clinical evolution.
