Lip cancers are among the pathologies that are quite common in the practice of plastic surgeons in our country. These tumors in their advanced form provide aesthetic, functional and life-threatening sequelae, which defines their seriousness and the difficulties of management for both oncological excision and reconstruction. The average consultation time was 18 months. The predominant site was located at the level of the lower lip in 53.4%, the macroscopic appearance of the tumors was ulcero-budding in the majority of cases. The repair process was adapted to the location and extent of the defect. Reconstruction involved direct suture in 4.6% of patients, skin grafts in 4.6% of cases, bone graft in 2.3% of cases, locoregional flaps in 72.1%, and bone grafts in 72.1%. remotely in 16.2% of patients.
