HEMOTHORAX SPONTANEE DANS LA NEUROFIBROMATOSE TYPE 1 : A PROPOS DUN CAS

Abstract
La neurofibromatose type est une maladie autosomique dominante responsable de multiples atteintes dermatologiques, neurologiques et vasculaires. Lhemothorax spontanee est une complication rare et grave decrite au cours de la neurofibromatose type 1. Nous rapportons le cas dune jeune patiente agee de 36 ans suivie pour la neurofibromatose type 1 ayant subi une reprise dune cicatrice supra claviculaire un jour avant son admission au service de dechoquage, admise dans un etat de choc hemorragique.
