In this respect, the new metric presented in this article is the AI-driven Circularity Index, which assesses product circularity according to four dimensions: material selection, modular design, recyclability, and resource efficiency. This index-powered by machine learning - provides predictive insights and actionable recommendations toward product lifecycle sustainability, hence adding a more solid solution to the more pressing issues of traditional linear economic models.
