There is a shift of approach in management of farm waste where wastes are considered as resources. It is as a result of a call by many people who wish to cut down on their effects on the environment, preserve the available natural resources, and enhance food production. The raw form of waste such as crop residues, manure, and by-products is being converted into bioenergy, composts, fertilizers, and animal feeds. Anaerobic digestion breaks down organic waste into biogas while composting methods enhance soil life and also carbon stocks. The so-called waste-to-feed technologies are related to the utilization of agricultural waste and by-products as animal feeds thereby helping to minimize both waste disposal expenses and the pressure on natural resources. Sensors, drones, and data analytics of the precision agriculture approach help to minimize waste. The circular economy framework major on the use of recycling the same materials, and the regeneration of the same material like biochar production. Government policies and subsidies introduced in the sector compel farmers and producers to exercise proper waste disposal to the environment hence reaching the right criteria of waste to asset technologies. There is the likelihood of minimizing the environmental harm or negative influence and, at the same time, expanding economic value for farmers. The main idea of this work is to offer an effective strategy for the utilization of agricultural waste through the use of such modern technologies as precision farming, biotechnology, and the principles of the circular economy. Unlike conventional methods of waste disposal this work considers other methods of utilization of waste including Bioenergy production and advanced composting methods, and the centralized application of IoT and Artificial intelligence for improved efficiency and utility. Consequently, this research adds to the body of literature, and calls for the attention of environmental issues but also discovers fresh economic prospects for the farmers. Keywords: Farm waste management, bioenergy, composting, waste-to-feed, circular economy, precision agriculture.
