Abstract
Splenic radiotherapy is a palliative treatment option in the therapeutic arsenal for symptomatic splenomegaly, a frequent complication of myeloproliferative syndromes. The main objective of this study is to report on the experience of the radiotherapy department of the (INO) National Institute of Oncology in the field of splenic radiotherapy, through an observation and review of the literature.
