The rapid advancement of technology has significantly influenced educational practices and the discourse around technological integration, with virtual reality (VR) emerging as a powerful tool for enhancing the learning experiences for both the learners and the educators. VR creates immersive environments that allowthe students to interact with content in ways that traditional educational methods cannot. This paper explores the transformative role of virtual reality (VR) in the field of education, focusing on its potential to enhance student engagement, retention of information, and conceptual understanding. various applications of VR across different subjects, The paper moreover highlights the benefits and challenges of integrating this technology into educational settings, a sample survey of preservice teachers. The findings suggest that while VR offers significant advantages, careful consideration of accessibility, cost, and teacher training is essential for successful implementation.
