Recently, its psychological benefits, particularly stress reduction, have gained significant attention. Stress is a prevalent issue among athletes due to the high demands and pressures of competitive sports. Stress management is crucial for athletes to maintain peak performance and overall well-being. Traditional approaches to stress management include cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness.
