The main objective of this study is to examine the influence of professional seniority on the degree of difficulties encountered by inclusive teachers during the implementation of the national inclusive education program. Specifically, to study the impact of professional seniority on the degree of difficulties associated with the characteristics of children with disabilities and inclusive teaching practices. This research involved a sample of 125 inclusive teachers, both female (62.4%) and male (37.6%), who work in public and private primary schools and are part of the Regional Academy of Education and Training Casablanca-Settat for the 2019/2020 school year. Regarding seniority, 31.2% of respondents have worked for more than 29 years with an average of 20.84 years. This means they have experience and the prerequisites to practice their profession. This study allowed us to examine the relationship between the degree of difficulties encountered by inclusive teachers and their seniority.
