This research aims to evaluate the effect of organic and organo-mineral fertilizers on Cuncumber (Cucumis sativus L.1753) growth and yield. The study was conducted at the National agricultural school of Matourkou farm in western Burkina Faso between december 2024 and march 2025. The experimental trial was a complete randomized block design with six treatments and four (04) replicates. The six (06) treatments are :T0 (control without fertilizer), FM (100% recommanded mineral fertilization rate), G (bat guano), GB (80% bat guano and 20% biochar), GFM (bat guano and 100% recommanded mineral fertilization rate), GBFM (bat guano, biochar and 100% recommanded mineral fertilization rate) The growth and yields parameters (diameter and hight) of cucumber plants were significantly enhanced in all fertilizer treated plots in comparison to the control (T0). After 60 days of growth, the results obtained showed that the effects on cucumber growth vary according to the fertilization system.
