This study reports the outcomes of the course Technology Management for Older Adults, conducted at the Polytechnic University of Queretaro (UPQ) in November 2025. The program sought to promote digital inclusion among adults aged 60 and over who were relatives of university students and residents of five communities in the municipality of El Marques, Queretaro. A total of 30 participants attended two five-hour sessions focused on basic mobile phone and computer use, internet navigation, and essential online procedures, including CURP consultation, access to tax documents, service payments, and bank transfers. he intervention adopted a hands-on, personalized learning approach aimed at fostering technological confidence and meaningful learning. The findings indicate increased digital autonomy, a reduction in fear of making mistakes, and more positive perceptions of technology in participants daily lives. These results highlight the relevance of socially oriented digital literacy initiatives as mechanisms to strengthen civic participation and reduce generational inequalities in technology use in Mexico.
