This research aims to develop a web-based Code Visualization Tool specifically designed to help students understand the concept of looping in programming, particularly the for and while statements. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, consisting of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Student responses are positive, showing usability and visual appeal levels above 80%. The effectiveness test revealed that the average pre-test score increased from 42.5 to 70 in the post-test, resulting in an N-Gain score of 0.48 (medium category). These results demonstrate that the Code Visualization Tool has moderate effectiveness in improving students’ learning outcome of looping concepts.
