This research analyzes the influence of the integration of generative artificial intelligence on the organizational performance of Beninese public companies. A quantitative survey was conducted among 160 employees and managers, and the data collected was processed using SPSS 27. The results reveal that, although useful, employees' digital skills do not have a significant effect on performance. On the other hand, openness to change and the ability to interpret AI-generated results appear to be key determinants. The ability to use AI results, on the other hand, does not translate into a noticeable difference, suggesting that organizations still face difficulties in transforming technological advances into concrete actions. Thus, the study highlights that organizational performance depends less on simply possessing technical skills than on the ability to contextualize and strategically integrate AI into work processes.
