Artificial intelligence has become a major driver of transformation, not only in the economy and industry but also in education. As a catalyst for pedagogical innovation, it helps rethink learning methods, teaching practices, and the personalization of educational pathways through data analysis, prediction, and real-time adaptation, fostering more interactive and learner centered environments. In the context of the fourth industrial revolution, education must integrate AI responsibly, considering ethical issues, equity of access, and the evolving role of teachers. Based on a review of recent scientific literature, this article highlights key trends, ongoing innovations, and critical debates, aiming to provide a clear overview and identify conditions for a responsible and effective integration of AI in education.
