We simulate model corresponding to the Ising model of AB binary thin films. The present study was focused on variation of the long-range order parameter with annealing temperatures for the nine coordination spheres. The results of computer simulation appear several mechanisms for disordering process. When the coordination spheres increase, the interaction potential extension increasing and the ordered phase stability decrease. It was found out that the initial stages of growth the long-range order and final stages which were disappeared.
