Abstract

In article analyzes the state of the reconciliation institute in the modern criminal law of foreign countries and makes recommendations for improving the Legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Particular attention is paid to the expansion of victims' rights in the reconciliation to demonstrate how the institution.
