Abstract

The objective of the study is influence of personality on the role expectation and role performance of high school teachers. ROPE ROEX of high school teachers’ questionnaire was adopted. To measure the personality traits of high school teachers, 16 PF Form – C, Cattell (1970) is adopted. A sample of 900 high school teachers. There is significant influence of personality factor – A,B,C,F,G,L,M,Q2,Q3 and Q4 on the ROEX, personality factor – A,B,C,F,G,L, M.Q2,Q3 and Q4on the ROPE OFschool teacherS
