Objectives:- Analyze the MRI appearance of rhabdomyosarcoma of the orbit in children, and the importance of this review in the positive diagnosis of this tumor type Observation:- We report the case of a 16 month old infant, who has a right exophthalmos, progressive evolution A CT and MRI were performed, they showed a right orbital process evoking a histologically confirmed rhabdomyosarcoma. Discussion:- Rhabdomyosarcoma is a rare tumor. 4to It represents 8% of childhood cancers. Orbital location only occurs in 10% of cases. On MRI, the tumor is iso intense at time T1, T2 heterogeneous hyper intense, enhanced after gadolinium injection, sometimes making a bunch of appearance evocative grapes affection. Conclusion:- Imaging, rhabdomyosarcoma of the orbit may have the same appearance as benign or malignant tumor. However, the existence MRI appearance of a bunch of grapes: botryoid sign is characteristic of the disease.
