Abstract

The growth, characterization, expression, expansion and plasticity of adipose derived stem cells in relation to the markers used at various passages of omentum fat sample of human. Assess the proliferation potential and viability of adipose derived stem cells in the culture medium. Analyze the proliferation potential of adipose derived stem cells and side population cells under laboratory conditions. Determine the efficacy of cell adhesion molecules and their relevance in a differentiation towards adipose derived stem cells. Specify the mediation of cell migration and expression profile for cell adhesion using receptors. Determine the differentiation potential of adipose derived stem cells in terms of antigenic expression of CD34+, CD45+, CD133+, CD31+, HLA-DR+, CD29+, CD90+, CD105+ in different cell cycles / passages P1, P3 and P5. Assess the growth rate of adipose derived stem cells.
