Abstract
Arterial tortuosity syndrome is rare congenital multisystem connective tissue disorder primarily due to defect in collagen in body. Patient presents with hyper extensibility , easy bruisability and sometimes life threatening hemorrhages. A 5 year old male child presented with similar complaints in OPD and further referred to radiology department for CT angiography of aorta. Elongation and tortuosity of all major vessels with aortic aneurysm was seen with multiple collateral vessels. Clinical and radiological findings suggested the diagnosis of Arterial Tortuosity syndrome.
