Abstract

Urachal cancer is rare. Its evolution remains for a long time occult and aggressive [1]. We report a case with metastatic adenocarcinoma of the Urachus to lung and scalp, and insisting through this observation on the interest of Abdomino-pelvic ultrasound for diagnosis.
