Abstract
Cold drinks have become a necessary part of our daily lives, No meal is considered complete without these fizzy drinks. A few reported incidence of negative aspects of these drinks have raised concerns regarding the toxicity and hence the chemistry. The purpose of this article is to describe the composition of cold drinks, the purpose of their use and their potential effect on health.
