Abstract

La rupture du ligament crois? ant?rieur [LCA] est due ? plusieurs facteurs, certains sont intrins?ques, d?autres sont extrins?ques. L??chancrure intercondylienne repr?sente un facteur de risque ?troitement li? ? cette l?sion du LCA. Nous rapportons une ?tude ? cas-t?moin ? r?trospective comparant un ?chantillon de 30 patients consultant pour rupture unilat?rale r?cente du LCA ? un ?chantillon de 30 patients consultant pour des gonalgies sans rupture du LCA. Le but de ce travail est d??tudier la relation entre l??chancrure intercondylienne et la rupture du LCA, pr?ciser la place de l?imagerie par r?sonance magn?tique, et d?apporter une ?tude suppl?mentaire qui int?resse un ?chantillon de population m?diterran?enne et africaine.
