Abstract

Le syndrome d?hyperstimulation ovarienne (SHO) est la complication la plus importante de L?induction de l?ovulation. On distingue les formes l?g?res, mod?r?es et s?v?res en fonction de l?importance de la symptomatologie il existe des mesures pr?ventives ? appliquer afin d?en r?duire la symptomatologie ; le traitement consiste en un r?tablissement des volumes circulant et en une correction des d?s?quilibre hydroel?ctrolytique ; une pr?vention des ph?nom?nes thrombo-emboliques est indispensables. ? travers une observation, et revue de la litt?rature, les auteurs tentent de mettre le point sur les manifestations cliniques de ce syndrome, ainsi que les diff?rentes modalit?s pr?ventives et th?rapeutiques.
