Abstract

Mediastinallipomatosis is a benign condition characterized by deposition of abnormal amount of mature adipose tissue within the mediastinum. Usually asymptomatic and its incidence is underestimated. We report a symptomatic case of mediastinallipomatosis who presented radiologically as mediastinal widening with left lower lobe segmental lung collapse.
