EVALUATION DE LEFFET PROTECTEUR DU LAIT DE CHEVRE FERMENTE PAR LE KEFIR ET ENRICHI A LA CAROUBE CONTRE LULCERE GASTRIQUE INDUIT PAR LETHANOL CHEZ LE RAT.

La caroube ou fruit de caroubier est traditionnellement utilis?e contre les plaies et l?ulc?re gastro-duod?nal. Le k?fir du lait est consomm? pour ces actions b?n?fiques sur la flore intestinale et le transit gastro-intestinal. Le but de cette ?tude est d??valuer l?activit? antiulc?reuse du lait de ch?vre ferment? par le k?fir et enrichi ? la caroube chez le rat. Pour cela, les boissons test?es (extrait aqueux de caroube, la boisson de k?fir ou le m?lange) ont ?t? administr?es par voie intra-gastrique durant deux semaines. La famotidine ou mol?cule de r?f?rence a ?t? utilis?e comme le t?moin positif ? la dose de 10mg/kg et le groupe non trait? a re?u de l?eau distill?e ? 10mL/kg. Le dernier jour, une heure apr?s, 1ml d??thanol (80%) a ?t? administr? aux animaux pour provoquer l?ulc?re pendant deux heures. Ensuite, les rats ont ?t? sacrifi?s. L?estomac de chaque rat a ?t? ouvert pour ?valuer les ulc?res. L?indice d?ulc?re a ?t? exprim? et le pourcentage de protection a ?t? calcul?. Les alt?rations associ?es ont ?t? mesur?es dans les surnageant par des m?thodes biochimiques. A 200mg/kg, l'extrait aqueux de caroube a induit une protection de la muqueuse de 53%, contre 32% pour le k?fir seul ? la dose de 20 mL/kg. Alors que, le m?lange kefir-caroube (20mL/kg) a montr? une action pr?ventive plus importante de 81%. Cette puissante protection est accompagn?e par une augmentation du taux de prot?ines et une r?gulation des m?diateurs cellulaires. La mise au point d?un bio-m?dicament contre l?ulc?re gastrique ? base d?un m?lange de caroube et de k?fir pourrait ?tre envisageable.
