The public-private partnership in the field of wind energy In Morocco

This paper seeks to conduct a sharing experience in developing the infrastructure through a public-private partnership. Thus, the government is willing to initiate its PPP by fostering wind energy. This is an interesting way to reach development through investment which objective is to deliver high quality performance and the best possible services to Moroccan citizens.
