Abstract

Two Novels compounds have been isolated and identified from the roots of Chlarophytum arrundenaceum. The compound have been characterized as 2,3- diaethyl -4-mehtyl-benzoic acid and 22,23 dihydro-7-stigmastene-3-? –D- glucopyanoacetate by speetral and chemical analysis.
