Abstract
Poly (p-phenylenediamine) and their nanocomposites with TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared and characterized using spectral techniques like FT-IR, UV-VIS spectroscopy and the morphology have been studied by XRD, SEM and TEM. The stability of the prepared polymer nanocomposites was analyzed using TGA, DTA and found to have high thermal stability. The study of dielectric and photoluminescence property was studied. The results showed these materials can be used as semiconductor and diodes.
