Lhistiocytose Langerhansienne, ou histiocytose X est une maladie systemique liee a une accumulation dans les tissus de cellules de Langerhans, le plus souvent organisees en granulomes. Sa localisation thyro?dienne est relativement rare, et pose des difficultes diagnostiques et therapeutiques particulieres.
