Abstract

Lhamartome du foie est une tumeur benigne. Bien que rare il est en general symptomatique et diagnostique chez le nourrisson. Nous rapportons le cas dune fillette de 3 ans, qui presentait une hepato-splenomegalie et une anemie hypochrome microcytaire. Le diagnostic dhamartome hepatique etait confirme histologiquement par biopsie hepatique et la beta-thalassemie par electrophorese de lhemoglobine. Lassociation entre lhamartome et hemoglobinopathie est inhabituelle chez lenfant.
