Abstract

The life base of the South Asian states is the Indian Ocean. This ocean depends on the geographical security, sovereignty, development, destruction, life of these states on this natural heritage. The only ocean in the world whose name is named after a country (India, Hind). It has many resources by providing these states and the world.
