Uterine myomas are present in 20 to 50% of women of childbearing age and are the most common benign tumor. The discovery of a myoma in a pregnant patient is a frequent situation. Fibroids can complicate the course of pregnancy and childbirth. The benefit/risk balance between expectation and management of fibroids must therefore be weighed by the practitioner. During pregnancy, surgical management is possible but should be reserved for limited indications. We report a case of myomectomy on pregnancy of 22 SA for a huge fibroid in cystic degeneration at the Suissi maternity hospital in Rabat.
