Comparative Study of Treatment of Corneal Injury by Using Red Laser and Green Laser in Rabbits

Abstract

Eighteen matures rabbits were used in the present study to determine the best type of lasers for treatment of wound of the cornea, the results showed that the green diode laser is better than red diode laser in spite of the red laser interacts with the larger tissue, but is causing corneal cataract in rabbits, in conclusion, the use of green laser for treatment of animals cornea be guaranteed and better than others.
