We report a case of hypopion uveitis as an immune ocular reaction to pulmonary tuberculosis. This uncommon condition shouldbe considered especially in endemies areas. Quantiferon-tuberculosis Gold may be helpful to salvage such eyes by starting an appropriate treatment.
