Malicious links are used as a source by the distribution channels to spread malware across the Internet, cybercriminals utilize fraudulent URLs as distribution channels. In order to gain remote access to the victim's computer, attackers use browser vulnerabilities to install malware. Most malware is designed to acquire network access, ex-filtrate sensitive data, and secretly monitor computer systems. This research presents a classification based on association (CBA) data mining approach for detecting malicious URLs based on URL and webpage content features.
