Abstract

Les kystes ovariens dermoide habituellement unilateraux, la localisation bilaterale est rare voir inhabituelle. Nous rapportons ici le cas dune patiente agee de 38 ans presente deux kystes dermoide bilateraux dont le diagnostic etait oriente par lechographie confirme par lexamen histopathologique.
