CORONARY THROMBOSIS IN CORONARYECTASIA DURING ASYMPTOMATIC SARS-COV-2 INFECTION, REPORT-CASE AND LITERATUREREVUE
- Cardiology Department, South Francilien Hospital(Corbeil-Essonnes).
Abstract
After over two years of COVID-19 pandemic, it has been shown that SARS COV 2 infection can be the precursor of thrombotic complications. the association with a coronary aneurysm (2 thrombotic factors) can lead to myocardial infarction on a massive thrombus. we report a case of myocardial infarction without ST-segment elevation on a massive thrombosis of an aneurysmal coronary artery during a SARS COV 2 infection. The treatment of coronary aneurysms during a myocardial infarction has always been a great challenge for the interventional cardiologist. We report its clinical, electricaland agiographic characteristics. We also describe our therapeutic approach and discuss it through a clinical case.
