COEXISTENCE DUN CARCINOME EPIDERMOIDE DE LA LANGUE ET DUNE TUBERCULOSE GANGLIONNAIRE CERVICALE: A PROPOS DUN CAS

Abstract
La coexistence dun carcinome epidermoide de la langue et dune tuberculose ganglionnaire cervicale est un fait clinique rare. Nous rapportons le cas dune patiente age de 55 ans, qui a beneficie dune hemiglossectomie pour un carcinome epidermoide de la langue avec curage ganglionnaire cervical bilateral. Lexamen histopathologique definitif a conclu a une association de tuberculose ganglionnaire cervicale au cancer de la langue, sans metastase ganglionnaire. Le pronostic depend du carcinome epidermoide de la langue. Sa stadification a change devant linexistence de metastase ganglionnaire rendant ainsi le pronostic meilleur.
