Abstract
In recent years, there have been profound changes in the knowledge economy in the world, which mark in an irreversible way the passage to a new era of the immaterial, the investment in knowledge which has exceeded that made in the equipment. The resources invested in the production and dissemination of knowledge, in particular research and development, education, training, human capital as well as in information and communication technologies (ICT) are constantly increasing. The purpose of this article is to study the importance of human capital in the digital age and find the relationship between digital transformation in Morocco and its human capital?
