Abstract

Oja is a concept in Ayurvedic medicine that refers to the vital energy or essence that is believed to be responsible for the bodys strength, immunity, and overall vitality. The integration of the concept of Oja with modern medicine is still being studied, but some researchers believe that it could be useful in understanding the bodys immune response and in the development of remedies for conditions related to immunity and vitality. However, more research is needed to fully understand the relationship between Oja and modern concepts and to determine the effectiveness of any potential treatments.
